Getbhavcopy version 2.1.8a released

Getbhavcopy version 2.1.8a has been released mainly to fix the below two issues

  1. BSE Indices download gives error in few cases where the local system DateTime setting is not compatible with the way in which BSE server requires it.
  2. BSE Indices download stops working for some days prior to November 2015 - impacting historical data download.

I am getting this error:

What is the solution?

Is there a new version? Old one stopped working with message:-

I am getting the following error while trying to download the Bhavcopy from NSE

Using 2.1.8a Version by Hemen Kapadia

Please assist. I love to use your program as it is so simple to use.

Looks like NSE has changed its site starting 2 Jan 2017 causing the links in Getbhavcopy to not work any more. i will need to investigate and get it working.

Request the community to be a bit patient while I work on the same.

2nd Jan 2017 is not downloading it showing the error :

Error Could not find file 'C:\Getbhavcopy\Getbhavcopy\temp\NSEbhav.gbc'.

Even tried with www.nseindia.com and www.nse-india.com

kindly help on downloading NSE datas

Sir could you also look to add script name for bse ? The script code is becoming difficult to manage. Thanks for the tool
